went down to experience runnin in macRitchite reservior and to meet up with some of the sgrunners... arranged to meet roonz at 10am and saw tiwazz, sotong n mythos...
took a few pics and laughed a bit... decided to start a jog in the nature reserve... the surroundin was serene... especially with rainforest trees that canopied the trail... and glittering water surfaces... though the route was muddy and slippery, the air was fresh! and sun rays were warm!
i did jus one round...
thanks tiwazz for waitin for me at some junction...
if not, i would definitely miss my way...

meteor, alvo, bee, suanjing, run3, kj, roentgen, junie, charlotte, cokiee, cfred, sassy, DO, dream, brokie, renoh, stazla, tktan, fennel etc etc....
tiwazz intro me to an old uncle... almost 60/70 yrs old, and still runnin... so inspiring...
cheow's jack russel, named rain, was so cute...
she loves playin catch! she was panting so hard n still dun wan to rest... so energetic... heard she ran the trail route too... *power la*
everyone is runnin so fast.
i am tellin myself its ok to b slow.
i dun wan to push myself too much to run fast, v stressful.
